I led the strategic creative overhaul of CAVA’s customer engagement engine, focusing on their email program and reward tier system. This involved a complete restructuring of their automated email flow and a visual redesign of their loyalty program to enhance user comprehension and value perception. I direct the concept and design of 12+ unique emails monthly, having personally art-directed over 85 individually crafted emails that integrate seamlessly into the new behavioral flow. Our process is rigorously iterative; we A/B test creative concepts, subject lines, and layouts, using open-rate and click-through data from their platforms to continuously refine performance and deepen customer lifetime value.
